1910 Terrot Truss Bridge Bicycle
Until I saw this Terrot Truss Bridge Frame machine, I didn’t know that Terrot made one.
Terrot were very innovative at this time, and they experimented with a number of unusual designs.
This one is an extremely rare machine.
IVER JOHNSON TRUSS-BRIDGE FRAME
With the racing successes of Major Taylor in France in the early years of the century, Iver Johnson’s distinctive Truss Bridge Frame captured the public imagination, and French manufacturers copied the design.

This bicycle came from my friend in Germany. Tyres for 100-year-old bicycles can often be a problem, and we have to improvise as best we can. He found these expensive 700×35 mountain bike tyres in Czech Republic and painted out the manufacturer’s name on the sidewalls. They look fantastic on the bike.
